Healthfirst will be extending their small group new business deadline for December 2019 and January 2020 business.

• We will accept employer applications via your GA enrollment portal through 12/6/19 for business with an effective date of 12/1/19.
• We will accept employer applications via your GA enrollment portal through 1/6/20 for business with an effective date of 1/1/20.
