3/11/11 - In March, A mailing was sent out to all fully insured customers with 150 or fewer employees requesting that they complete and return a survey. The survey can be completed online or by faxing the completed survey to the number provided in the letter. The mailing is requesting, by federal definition, "the average number of employees as employed by the employer's company during the preceding calendar year." Customers will have until May 16, 2011 to respond at which time the survey will be closed and Oxford will report on already existing data.
