Broker Notice: Changes for New Jersey Large (51+) Groups Renewing Oxford Products on or after August 1, 2012. UHC is making changes to the current New Jersey large group (51+) product portfolio that will strengthen our core product offerings yet emphasize something for everyone. All changes are effective beginning with new and renewing groups on or after August 1, 2012.

•         An Employer Funding Rider will be applied to all new and renewing groups with 51 or more employees that use an externally-administered account to partially or fully subsidize member cost shares.
•         The Oxford MyPlan product will no longer be available as of the effective date listed above. Groups currently enrolled in a MyPlan plan design will be enrolled automatically into an Oxford Direct plan   design that matches closely.
•         The $15/50% pharmacy plan will now include a member maximum spend amount per prescription for Tier 2 and Tier 3 drugs.
•         We are adding new medical plan design choices to the Oxford HSA DirectSM plan as well as adding a new HMO medical plan design.
