AmeriHealth has recently identified an error that occurred during the invoicing process for AmeriHealth New Jersey customers with a 15th side billing arrangement. This error is due to the transition of 15th side billing customers to a 1st side bill. Please be assured, this error has been corrected and your customer’s benefits have not been interrupted.

Impacted customer invoices
Customers with a 15th side billing arrangement received an October invoice in error. This invoice included double charges for coverage from October 1, 2015 through
October 15, 2015. Adjustments will be made to the next month’s invoice to provide this credit, as necessary.
