12/6/11 Effective, January 1, 2012 in the Small Group (2 to 50) market, the standard commission rate for all new business and renewals will be 6.1% for medical and prescription business only.  There are NO changes to the dental commission rates. The sub producer commission rate will be  4.25%. These commission splits are contractually enforced via the Master Broker agreement.  Any proven violation may result in the forfeit of broker bonus, commission and/or termination of the Master Broker contract.
