2/2/12 - REMINDER - Oxford has changed Participation Guidelines and will be enforced for groups submitted to Oxford after 2/15 . Please review the guidelines carefully.The IDEA system will reflect these guidelines beginning 2/16, therefore any groups that are  installed beginning on this date will be subject to the attached participation changes.
