In order to make sure that you as a broker are eligible to submit business to FNA, we require that you submit FNA Licensing Paperwork prior to submitting any cases to FNA.  In addition, several carriers require that brokers be licensed with them prior to any sale. The list can be obtained below.  We have also included the current licensing paperwork for each carrier.
